Hello, everyone!
We’re halfway finished with National Novel Writing Month!!!
In 2021, I posted a write with me video for NaNoWriMo, and I wanted to share it here. I hope it helps you finish the last half of this challenge strong!

STOP. you are, like, so cool. I have always wanted to make videos to accompany blog posts but I have never had the guts to do it! It always seemed so intimidating. I love this and will absolutely put this on the next time I write. did you make your goal for the month? I attempted nanowrimo but I became too busy with school and wedding planning. I hope to commit to it at least once in the future though!

DeleteI definitely found YouTube harder than blogging, hence why I haven't uploaded in moons. But if you don't overthink it--as that was my biggest problem when it came to making videos-- it can be easy and a ton of fun when the finished video comes out how you imagined it!
I actually didn't set a goal for this NaNoWriMo. My only intent was just to write a minimum of 100 words each time I sat down to write. I totally get that. How far did you end up getting in NaNoWriMo this year?
yes, I too am an overthinker and I fret over my art being exactly as I imagined. I admire that you went for it anyways and I loved the videos! I am working on a little project that is very intimidating but you have definitely given me inspiration to push through that!
Deletethat's nice - just a goal to write at all rather than a hit a specific word count would relieve some of the pressure!
I did preptober and was able to plot about 80% of my novel but I never started the writing process. so - not far at all haha!

Yes, 100 words a session has been the best writing method for me during this season of my life. It's so forgiving because 100 words is just a paragraph or two, and so I don't have to think too much or spend that much time on it. And if you do it every day for a year, boom, you've got a 36,500 word manuscript in no time!
Not far in the writing, but congratulations on most of the plotting done!
not all of them yet! (I will have to race over and watch the rest before you unlist them haha). I love the style of the videos. the way they you use imagery, music, and written words is so peaceful it's like a live journal. is it all your own footage? it is so clear and artistic.

Wow, thank you so much for saying that! Yes, it’s all my own footage, bits of my life from 2020-2022. Just for that, I’ll leave the videos up for awhile longer, lol! Hope you enjoy the rest of them!
