"Cover me" is one of my favorite Stray Kids songs.
So you can imagine my excitement when Stray Kids finally began performing it live this year.
In this week's SKZ-talker GO!,--the behind the scenes of their concert performances-- Han was saying how, in this particular performance, the vibes for "Cover Me" were really great because it was raining. I made a mental note to find a fan cam of the event, but forgot about it as the week progressed. But, a day or so ago, I stumbled upon a fan recording of it. I didn't even have to look it up. Thank you, YouTube algorithm.
I wasn't going to post anything this week, but this performance is so incredibly amazing, I really, really wanted to share it with you.
The members and their band of course did phenomenally (I mean, those instrumentals at 2:21, were just *chef's kiss*!), but one of my favorite things about live performances is actually getting to hear the crowd sing along. And they really sang their hearts out to this one! 65,000 people, singing one of my favorite songs. I've been looping it all evening.

I don't know if that flourish right before the that final Cover Me was strings or piano but whatever it was it was fire! I get disappointed now when I listen to the actual version because I get to that part and don't hear it. XD
